Purchased this thru amazon. Arrived and would not charge my phone. No charging icon on the phone would light up, though it would transiently for about a second. All power indicators said that the battery was fully charged. The red indicator light would come on as well, but it would not charge my phone.

Called Icetechusa’s phone support and tried to reach their tech support. It said “the number you have reached is either busy or you have reached and incorrect number.” I talked to their sales person and asked for my money back and was told that I needed a RMA number to do so.

The idea for this product is great. Their quality control, tech support and sales support is totally lacking. I would not do business with this company.

I thought it was a curious thing to try. Got it in 4 days and wasnot disappointed a bit! I have not charged my iPhone for about 5 daysalready! Just keep it on a dashboard when driving and in the sunlightwhen I study. Nice design and very, very impressive!!

Look at the profiles of these guys. They are clearly only reviewing Icetech products. This is not compatible with the iPhone.

Elegant product with perfect compatibility. I tried it on iPhone, iPod and iPod Touch. It works just fine and charges them all! Great invention, highly recommended.
